Do you sell to the general public?

Yes, anyone may purchase from us and the prices listed on our website are retail prices.

Do you require a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

What are the shipping and handling charges?

If you are purchasing a single CD and that is all you order your shipping charge will be $2.50.  If you order multiple CD's the formula below applies.  If you order a very light weight book and one that does not cost very much we do try to ship it by the post office and charge a minimum over the actual shipping to cover our packaging and thereby lessening the shipping charge to you.  The actual charge depends on your zip code so it is not always cheaper that way but we will ship the cheapest way in each situation.

For normal orders our shipping and handling charges are $7.50 for orders up to $50.00 and then an additional 5% for any amount over $50.00.

How is my order shipped?        

We ship all orders by UPS ground unless otherwise requested.  If you need special shipping arrangements or special services like next day air, etc.,  please call and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

How soon will I receive my order?  

Your shipping time will be the standard time it takes UPS to deliver from Missouri to your area.  If you need special shipping or a different carrier than UPS you will need to inform us.   We do NOT ship to PO boxes so giving us a street address will ensure that your order is not delayed.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Most orders will be processed the same day if they are received by 1:00 pm central standard time.  If you need your order shipped the same day and your order is submitted later than 1:00 pm central standard time, you will need to inform us of that and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.  Some extra charges may apply.

What payment methods are accepted?    

We accept checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.  If you desire to pay by check or money order you will need to send it to:

Kingsgate Publishing, Inc., 1000 Pannell  Street, Suite E, Columbia, MO, 65201, along with your order or you can call us at 877-205-6166 and place your order and let us know that you are placing a check in the mail.  Be sure to include sales tax of 7.35 if you are a resident of Missouri and the appropriate shipping and handling charges in your total amount.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the item is damaged and in that case you will need to notify us as most items are insured when shipped and we will need to contact the shipper.  In this situation we will ship you the same product.  If you receive a damaged item please call us at 573.256.5054 or email us at sales@kingsgatepublishing.com and put in the subject line 'Damaged Shipment'.  When we received notification we will give you instructions as to how you are to return the product.   Return requests will only be accepted if they are made within 30 days of receiving the products.  Any return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
